Aside of that, it also allows the job applicants to show their creativity, initiative and writing skills that can draw the recruiter to be lead to read the resume.

The importance of cover letter was entirely supported by the survey conducted by the Department of Labor. In which, it was found out that about 12% of 2,546 human resource managers will entirely dismiss an application that been submitted if they can’t find any inclusion of cover letter. Aside of that also, hiring managers usually considers cover letters that are not computer generated and customized. In that, it’s quite important to make the cover letter written in a manner that is entirely short, direct to the point, and specific to the open position or job vacancies in the company or industry. Since, cover letter is the reference of the detailed content of resume.
