There are several questions that have arises regarding the importance of cover letter in the job application papers. If these cover letter are still necessary in the job market today? Especially now, that applying for a job employment can already be done technologically through the online submission. Even though that job application can be done in an online system but still cover letter are necessary to it and very much competitive in the job market that could entirely provides an edge especially if its seriously written and been presented efficiently.
Just like the case of Ms. Piotrowski who got a job opening of her small company in Career Solutions Group, she was quite dismayed when several of the 200 applicants did include the cover letter upon the submission especially that this young applicants have graduated to the prestigious campus schools universities, and college that usually attain five year college education. Ms. Piotrowski suggested some aspects upon applying for a job employment that are based on what she learned when she was still a college student being taught by the school institution that been studying before that upon applying for a job employment it’s quite important to include the cover letter and contain a salutation at the beginning of it with the usage of colon or comas on it. On its first paragraph explain the reason of writing it out or the reason of submitting a cover letter. It might be responding to the ad, being referred by the other company through networking or the company that you are applying is doing an expansion and you want to take part of it. In the middle paragraph, explain the reason in a specific manner about the interest of working with the team and taking part for its progression that can be done in bullet form or narrative view. Finish the letter in the last paragraph with a good signing off that is quite sincere with the inclusion with your contact address or email add in order to easily reach you out. Just be sure that you narrow down your job application so it’s quite easy to read on and most employers are interested if it’s direct to the point.
