In the past years especially in some South Asian nation, the term biodata is usually refers and widely use for the record of one’s educational background, salary information, and even employment history. While the corresponding term for the British is curriculum vitae but nowadays, these terms are already been replace as Resume by the American. Nowadays, the preparation of resume is generally known as providing information that prescribes a format that may entirely carry a section such as educational attainment, publications, experience, some awards or distinctions due to the fact that the resume usually carries an exhaustive information that is line with the applicants skills or any work experiences. Since, several individuals believe that simple forwarding of note would entirely suffice a cover letter. The career counselors of this day have seen that cover letter is an opportunity for the job applicants to show how his quite different from the other applicant in might be in terms of its skills and the experiences that been mention in the resume are quite relevant to the job functions or positions that there applying.

Resume supports the job application of applicants in order for the hiring manager be able determine if there fitted to the career jobs vacancy in that certain company or establishment. The cover letter is essentially got three parts of it which are the introduction, body, and conclusion. In which, the opening paragraph usually explain the reason of applying the job position that is open. It might be that it’s related with your field or educational learning. Then on the middle part of the cover letter, cite some important points in order to support your job application for that matter such as the skills that been posses. In the last part or paragraph of the cover letter, state the willingness to have an interview with politeness and be positive of it as being written.

Just be reminded always that upon writing a cover letter or resume, it must be brief and concise with a closing remark of professional respect such as thank you for consideration or just simply say thank you. Writing a cover letter and resume were already been taught in the different career campus schools, universities, colleges whether public or private schools but it’s also a good point to be reminded of writing and submitting a professional cover letter and resume.
