Although, plain text format resume are not pleasant to read unless the person is a computer programmer or undergo an education program about programmer system. However, the software tracking systems are already been drawn towards its plain text resume with its keywords and if you are not already sending on its format. The resume would likely be stored on its database.
In order for the resume to stand out, there is a need of incorporating through the using keywords on the content of the resume. The keywords that been referred here speaks about a noun phrase, industrial terms, and technical skills that entirely reflects on those listed by its employer. Converting the resume into a plain text through using simple font and just stay on New Time Roman or Arial style entirely support of making a good resume. Aside of that, capitalizing the headings with the employers name and job titles on it supports the development of resume status that been submitting. Just ensure that keywords are embedded on resume on the areas of accomplishment, education, certification, role description and summary in the resume.
