A software designer has realized that finding a job in this current economic turmoil isn’t that easy for job seekers around the globe as it seems every nation is also affected by the crisis. This, as software designer Arti Malhotra had also designed the software that will help job applicants empower their CVs.
Hyderabad’s software designer created this to help professionals and job seekers develop and improve their CVs. This means if you have this kind of CV you have also the edge and advantage from all other job applicants. Professionals with good career orientation are, of course, in great advantage.
Malhotra believes her resume should have the so-called “something more” so that she decides to combine her CV with the social media format. Social Media Format or SMR, according to her, is some kind of a media format of a person’s paper resume. She got her inspiration from a narrative bio but this time you don’t have only the text but you also have the video or MP3 which does the talking for you.
It was actually Mr. Christopher Penn who coined the term sometime in February last year. In Google Pages, Mr. Penn also produced a sample which also inspired the designer Malhotra to be able to land a job after two months. Just like in a nursing education, you need to be creative in your career choices to be of advantage with your counterparts.
The biggest advantage of this new CV format is that it can completely help you to make a different portrait of yourself to the one hiring you. You can customize it so that as a person you are also completely reflected.
The new software for the best CV simply includes new features, such as sharing option, and other new multimedia elements as well as integrated social networking. This means the SMR is multimedia and this will not only make your more colorful and interesting but also allows viewer to see your page in the text format.
The wordpress.com and or Googlepages can help you create this multimedia format. Some examples of multimedia files include a video of you answering basic questions as well as narrating about your achievements. You can also include an MP3 format on seminars that were conducted recently and which you have also attended.

How are you able to tell if a potential employer or contact has looked up you CV resume or site, Your name googled could bring up the resume , would you be able to see who looked at you?
