For that matter, the job applicant must be careful enough in writing its job application documents especially the cover letter and resume. In which, it must conform to the quality standard of the company or establishment. Upon ensuring that the cover letter and resume are quite good enough to be presented in the company, the job applicants must take its initiative in allowing its cover letter and resume to be corrected or edited by several people in order to make sure that its error free and already presentable to the hiring manager.
