Basically good resume and cover letter must be grammatically free from any errors, neat in presenting it, edited in a well manner, and provide a good environment of good communication level. Aside of that, cover letter must contain the willingness of support that job applicant provide for developing or even resolving some concerns in their company. Just cite these things in a short paragraph but in a concise manner.
