Most of the time, only few individuals have pass to the qualification standards that been set by the employers and for that, it leaves several job seekers unemployed due to the fact that they didn’t meet the qualification level the employers are needing or expected upon hiring a new employees. With that case, it somehow temp some of the job seekers to create a fake identity of them selves in order just to impress the hiring manager and be chosen to hire them.

According to the latest statistical survey that been conducted by the Department of Labor to the different employers here in the United States, it has been found out that there nearly half of the employers have caught their job applications lying about the information that they have given about them selves. This case is quite alarming due the fact that it losses the values of truth and as well it also affects the career building of the persons life and to the employer that they have applied.
